IMPHAL, April 10: A bomb was exploded by unidentified persons at the residence of Dr Amuba Singh, Medical Superintendent, RIMS at Thangmeiband Lairen Hanjaba Leikai under Imphal Police Station, Imphal West this night around 8.30.
No one suffered injuries in the bomb attack.
Meanwhile, a man identified as Yengkhom Anandajit Singh, 35 son of Late Y Tomba Singh of Pallel Wangmataba, who was allegedly involved in the attack was thrashed by locals.
It is reported that police admitted the injured man to RIMS Hospital for treatment.
