IMPHAL, May 14: The All Tribal Students’ Union Manipur (ATSUM) has called off its state wide bandh on May 17 after meeting Chief Minister Okram Ibobi who sought more time to consider its charter of demands today. ATSUM leaders were invited by the state government for a meeting in the evening today at the Chief Minister Bangalow which lasted for more than two hours. The union had stated that the state government had only partiallly fulfilled its charter of demands in a statement released recently.
