IMPHAL, May 3: The District Magistrate Imphal East District under sub-section 2 of Section 144 Cr.P.C., 1973, has imposed prohibition order of assembly of 5(five) or more people and also prohibits carrying of or possession lethal weapons in the entire districts including Jiribam with immediate effect.
The order informed that any individual or groups who wants to take out procession, public meeting, rally etc. within the schedule of areas to apply to the District Magistrate for prior permission from the same.
