IMPHAL, May 18: An exclusive jewellery showroom for women “Ultimate Art” was inaugurated today at Singjamei Mathak Chongtham Leikai.
Director of JNIMS Dr Laishram Deben Singh, popular Manipuri film actress Hijam Bala and professor of commerce department, Manipur University, Dr Robita Sorokhaibam attended the inauguration as the special guests.
Proprietor of the showroom Karna Angom said we are targeting to stock an array of exclusive luxurious products for ladies including jewellery items and party hand bags. At Ultimate Art customers can find gold, silver and imitation items with price ranging from Rs 500 to Rs 7-8 lakh.
He said he want to introduce a new fashion trend in Manipur by acquainting people with popular kundal jewellery, Mughal empire fashion and hand-made gold jewelleries which are affordable to all groups of people.
The pure gold jewellery items are made in Manipur from 24 carat gold while some exclusive items are brought from stores from Mumbai, Delhi and Hyderabad, he informed.
