IMPHAL, Aug 24: The Manipur Hills Journalist Union (MHJU) has declared that scribes based at Churachandpur would stage protest sit in on August 25 against the failure of Lhunjang, a functionary of KNF(MC), to tender an apology with regard to the threat issued P.K. Tombing, a staff reporter of The Lamka Post.
A decision in this regard was arrived during an emergency meeting of the MHJU today which was convened as the dateline given to Lhunjang for tendering the appology and relaxing the threat expires today.
