IMPHAL, Feb 14: The Thadou Students` Association (TSA) indicated to fully support the DPC successful candidates association in every course of their action if the government fails to review at the earliest its cabinet`s decision whereby it has been decided to engage the DPC successful candidates of primary teachers on contract basis.
A statement released in this regard sign by S. Haokip, secretary information and publicity TSA has said that even though the state government had decided to provide the recommended candidates with contractual post on January 11 for a period of 11 months, the successful candidates and the people of the state are not happy with the decision.
It has appealed the state government to review its cabinet`s decision of providing the DPC successful candidates with contract post as early as possible. Else the Thadou Students` Association (TSA) would fully support the DPC Successful candidates Association in any democratic and undemocratic agitation in order to fulfilling their demands in future, it warned.
The TSA Sadar Hills fervently appeal to the state government particularly to the concerned Education Minister to authenticate the results of PMT/HMT/HGT and issue offer form at the earliest.
