Manipur police should first learn to spell police and then start policing the streets. What good is having a fast car if you dont know how to drive it? Half the police in this miserable state is there to protect VIPs and the remaining half are there to protect other police. Probably the only place in the whole world where u are required to pay a bribe to become one!!
Manipur police should first learn to spell police and start policing the streets then think about all of this later. What good is having a fast car if you dont know how to drive? Half of manipur police is there for VIP protection, the remaining half for protecting their own. My heart starts pounding and i almost always get a chill by their sights!!
Manipur police should take up the project as early as possible.
