Chief Minister O. Ibobi Singh and other members of the Congress party including party president Gaigkhangam during the inauguration of special training program on flagship schemes and other schemes of SPF at Congress Bhawan.IMPHAL, April 25: A special training program on flagship schemes and other schemes of SPF which is to be held in all districts at the block level was inaugurated by the Chief Minister O. Ibobi Singh today at Congress Bhawan in the presence of Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee president Gaikhangam, Manipur Pradesh youth Congress Committee president M. Prithiviraj, MP Lok-Sabha T Meinya, congress minister and MLAs and official of the MPCC office bearers and district block official.
Speaking to the gathering Chief Minister O Ibobi said that, in order to make people understand all the flagship programmes and schemes of the government, the government will make all the concern ministers speak as resource persons during the programmes.
