IMPHAL, July 12: Former IGP Arambam Pradeep Singh passed away at his residence in Sagolband Bijoygovinda Akham Leikai this evening. Arambam Pradeep who was born in 1942 retired as Inspector General of Police (IPS) Law and Order and is survived by his wife and three sons. He was a pioneer in propagating security ethos among the public and police relations and conducted yeoman service during his tenure.
