IMPHAL, July 13: Seven Sister Holiday, Imphal in association with Ng Thaiso foundation, Senapati district is organizing a 15-day capacity building programme for service providers from July 15 at Liyai village in Senapati district. According to a release, the programme is conducted under the supervision of state department of t5ourism, and sponsored by the Union ministry of tourism.
