IMPHAL, January 21: The KCP (MC) claims its hand at the attack carried out at the residence of Wayenbam Amusana of Bishnupur ward number 10 yesterday. The attack was carried out in conjunction with the ban of the congress party and its workers, a release by commander in chief Taibanganba and publicity officer Loyalakpa states.
