IMPHAL, Feb 8: A special study centre of IGNOU was inaugurated today at Manipur Central Jail, Sajiwa. The function was attended by ADGP (HG) and IG in charge of Prisions, PM Goud, Mrs Manju Goud, superintendent of Manipur Central Jail, IK Muivah, IGNOU regional director, D S Dilan among others.
