IMPHAL, Mar 18: Newly elected Maoist Communist Party, Manipur chairman Yaibee Meitei in a statement has greeted the public for giving support and endorsing the revolutionary ethics laid down by the organization.
It said that the new democratic revolution is presently carried out in full swing by the organization and the warm response from the public is acknowledged.
The outfit has stated in a press statement that the support given by the public is also endorsed and the outfit is headed forward, and added that the central committee members have led the party in the right path and according to the wishes of the public.
In its strive towards bringing about a new democratic culture, the education system of the state is being monitored and the wrongs administered in the system has been prioritized and taken up for corrections.
It is a victory for the New Democratic Revolution and the new culture which is being sought to bring about development in the state.
It added that there has been no arrest of its party members as so claimed by security forces, it is a misleading statement that cadres of the outfit have been arrested whereas it may be a rogue person extorting for his personal benefits that the security forces have captured, the release stated.
It further stated that the outfit has gathered strength and have instituted five units in Imphal west district , three in Thoubal district, two units in Imphal east district, two units in Bishenpur district and have established four units under the Hill District Committee .
Further, District Committee has been set up under the purview of the Regional Bureau Member Committee, a release by Nonglen Meitei, secretary of publicity and propaganda said.
