IMPHAL, March 19: The death body of Pebam Babynao, 9, daughter of P. Jila of Nambol Khabi who died in the bomb blast of Pangei Lairam Mapal under Heingang police station was post-mortem and handed over to the family today.
Meanwhile, various NGOs of the state in a joint statement has decried the bomb blast explosion at Pangei which had killed a minor girl and injured five other women.
The statement signed by various civil bodies including WAD, NEDF, LCF, COWF and SADOHH while condemning the act informed that women have been experiencing acute human right violation in Manipur for the last many decades
