KNF releases abducted 3

IMPHAL, March 21: Without directly claiming hands in the abduction of Sadar Hills VC and his companions, a statement of the Kuki National Front has informed that the outfit has release three abducted members and has further appealed to the KRA to release the seven abducted members of the Sadar Hills Autonomous District Council.

The statement has claimed that “the act was not with the intention against democracy nor the state and its government but to support in bringin democracy and the fundamental rights to all its citizen as stated by the Constitution of India”.

“The act was to bring back the seven abducted Hon`bie members of Sadar Hills Autonomous District Council to tbeir home. They were abducted on 2nd and 3rd March 2012 by the Kuki Revolutionary Army (KRA) which is also under Suspension of Operation” it added.

It further added that the complaint submitted were not accepted by the concern authorities.

“Due to the initiative steps taken by Nemcha Kipgen, MLA 50-Kangpokpi AC and Shri. Ngamthang Haokip, MLA Saitu AC under the banner of peace and prosperity and along with the Sadar Hills Women Union and Kangpokpi Women Welfare Organisation`s prayer and support, we can and we release the 3 abducted members and appeal to the KRA to release 7 abducted members of Sadar Hills Autonomous District Council” informed the statement signed by one P Chongloi, deputy defense, Kuki National Front.
