An unauthorized substitute teacher was teaching English subject for the last 20 years as the government has failed to send English teacher, the AMSU release said.

AMSU said Moreh Higher Secondary School (class I-XII) has a total of 734 students and further raised question as to why the Manipur government is not sending a principal and other regular lecturers to the school till today.

The lecturers of Moreh Higher secondary School who have been skipping their duty are Brahmacharimayum Kulachandra, Science graduate; Helet Haokip, Arts graduate; Md Shahid Khan, XII passed cobit Hindi and Md Oil.
