IMPHAL, July 12: Consumers’ Club Manipur, in a release, has appealed to the state government to take up preventive measures to check price rise and hoarding of essential commodities in the aftermath of total bandh called by Southern Angami Youth Organization (SAYO) on the National Highway No.2. The CCM further appealed to all concerned not to cause any disturbance to the oil stations and prevent black-marketing of petroleum products in the state.
