IMPHAL, July 17: The RPF in a press statement by its publicity chief Taohangsu Heiremcha clarifies that one Thokchom Yumjaoba alias Albert, 38, s/o Pari of Sekmaijin Maning Leikai does not have any connections with the PLA/RPF.
It said that the person was arrested by personnel of the 18AR and 28 AR on July 14 from his residence. The outfit said that the man is an innocent civilian and the Assam Rifles have implicated him by dressing him up in camouflage clothing.
