IMPHAL, August 7: On the 124th birth anniversary of Naoriya Phulo, Laininghan Naoriya Phulo Charitable Trust, Soibam Leikai, will organized the 2nd state level poetry competition of Naoriya Phulo’s poems for school students at Kuki Inn on August 9 at 10 am.
