IMPHAL, Sept 15: Following the news report of a man raping his daughter in law yesterday, an angry mob today vandalised the man’s house at Charangpat maning Leikai under Thoubal district.
Sources said that after getting news about the incident, locals and family of the daughter in law arrived at the residence of accused Thokchom Ratan and vandalised the house.
However during the mob violence only the accused’s father Thokchom Jugeshore was present in the house.
It may be mentioned that the accused Thokchom Ratan had allegedly raped his daughter in law yesterday.
