IMPHAL, November 6: The Federation of Regional Indigenous Society (FRIENDS) in its endeavor to implement the Inner-Line Permit system in the State will further take up its agitation at the nation’s Capital.
Talking to IFP in this regard, Sapamcha Jadumani, president of the Joint Committee on Inner Line Permit System states that as per resolution of the body, forms for inner line permit will be given to migrants starting from November 18 onwards. The stance was adopted as the resolve of the Manipur Government taken in the floor of the Assembly has not been translated into action.
The organization will sell the forms at a cost of Rs 50 each as printing and paper charges. The forms have to be filled up by the migrants and submitted to FRIENDS, thereafter the permits will be issued, he said.
Further, he mentioned that the Committee will push the agenda further to New Delhi and will leave from November 21 onwards. The conveners of the committee will leave first and FRIENDS along with other representatives of student bodies will leave for the Capital afterwards.

Did this guy Jadumani got permission to go to Delhi?1st Manipur should implement Permit for anyone from this group b4 leaving Manipur , including duration of stay outside Manipur. If he comes back later than the stay period, he should not be allowed to enter before submitting another form and explain why he was late to come back.
