IMPHAL, Feb 4: Khurpui-Lam Organization Manipur has in a release said that an emergency meeting of the organizing committee along with the advisors of the Khurpui-Lam festival held on February 3 at Hotel Imphal had confirmed February 13 and MFDC as venue for organizing the festival.
