IMPHAL, February 25: Joint Administrative Council (JAC) of All Manipur Council (JAC) of All Manipur Trade Unions Council (AMTUC) and All Manipur Government Employees Organisation (AMGEO) said that the statements made by secretary, Indian national Trade Union Congress (AITUC), Manipur including DA, DR led to confusion to employees, workers, and pensioners while clarifying that DA is provided to employees and DR to pensioners and family pensioners .
