IMPHAL, March 15: The first Ph.D. in Political Science of Manipur, (L) Dr. Ningombam Ibobi Singh will be remembered through a Memorial Trust in the name “Late Dr.Ningombam Ibobi Singh Memorial
Trust” which has been registered recently. The Trust in collaboration with the D.M. College
Arts, Imphal, will be organizing the first Dr. Ningombam Ibobi Singh Memorial Lecture at
10:30 AM on March 18 at the D.M. College of Arts, said a release of the trust.
Prof N Joykumar Singh, Department of History, former Dean of Students and Dean of Social Science, Manipur University will deliver the memorial lecture, the release said.
