IMPHAL, April 16: A press release of the PIB has said that the Red Shield Division rebuts the article published in the Imphal Free Press and Manipur Mail edition dated April 16 which reported the injury of personnel of the 39 AR during an encounter which took place between troops of 39 AR and UGs of PLA on Apr 14 in the general area of Theigothang in Churachandpur district”.
It said that the report of casualty/injury on the side of Security Forces is false and does not hold any truth.
