IMPHAL, June 29: The Public Health Engineering Department Workers and Employees Organisation Manipur has today issued a press release saying that this organisation has condemned the grenade attack on the life of Nongthombam Bipen Singh, Executive Engineer of Public Health Engineering Department, of Khagempalli Panthak on June 27, 2013 and further appealed to all concerned not to repeat such attack to any PHED employees so as to make the department to supply of water to the people of Manipur.
