IMPHAL, July 28: The Tungee Yaifanaba Shemba Kanglup, Samurou Keithel has today said in a press release that the 121 birth anniversary of Hijam Anganghal has begun at the Manipur University Library by offering floral tributes to a bust of the poet on July 28 at 11:00 am. The function was organised by Tungee Yaifanaba Shemba Kanglup, Samurou Keithel in association with the families of the poet, it said.
