IMPHAL, August 8: The proscribed PREPAK has in a press statement signed by its Publicity & Propaganda assistant secretary LeibakNgakpa Luwang greeted the indigenous people of Manipur on the occasion of International Day of World’s Indigenous People, 2013.
The day was has been observed since August 9, 1982 after a sitting of the United Nations Working Group Committee approved for the observation, the statement noted.
