IMPHAL, August 12: The banned KCP (MC) has in a press statement signed by its information and publicity secretary Paikhomba Meitei announced a 12 hour public curfew from 6 am to 6 pm on August 15 interdicting the Independence Day celebration of India.
However, fire service, media, water supply ritual services and electricity will be excepted from the said curfew, it said.
