IMPHAL, August 12: The 9th foundation day of the Miyamgi Fingang Lanmi of the Kangleipak Communist Party will be observed on August 13, said a press statement of the outfit signed by one Laba Meitei,president KCP and chairman MFL.
The president of the outfit and the chairman of MFL have also expressed the outfit’s message on the day.
