KANGPOKPI, September 8: The Kuki Students’ Organization Sadar Hills strongly resist the proposed 72 hours hill districts bandh from midnight of September 8 by The All Tribal Disabled Students’ Union and announced “No ATDSU Bandh in Sadar Hills” here today.

The KSO-SH president Thangminlen Kipgen while slamming the All Tribal Disabled Students’ Union said that there is no such organization in the name of All Tribal Disabled Students’ Union so far.

He further charged that the student body is an organization formed by some vested individual taking advantage of the  disabled persons in the state.

Thangminlen Kipgen further appealed to refrain from endorsing the proposed 72 hours hill districts bandh by the said student body.

While informing all passenger vehicle services to ply as usual, the KSO-SH chief announced no activities related to the bandh called by the said student body will be allowed along NH-2 within Sadar Hills.

He also warned that those  who endorse and support the bandh must bear all the responsibilities.
