IMPHAL, September 15: The seminar on ‘bio-diversity conservation: knowledge and participation’ which was continued from yesterday and organised by Volunteers for Scientific Action on Rural Development (VOSARD), Wangjing Lamding under the sponsorship of Ministry of Environment and Forest today concluded at the auditorium of Lamding Model High School. The deputy commissioner of Thoubal district T Ranjit Singh attended the valedictory function as chief guest.
