IMPHAL, September 22: The All India Students’ Federation (AISF), Kumbi Zonal Council has come out strongly against the transfer of Dr Ningombam Irabot Singh from Kumbi Primary Health Centre following an order issued on September 12 and threatened that if the transfer order is not revoked at the earliest then the zonal council along with the public would launch intense agitations.
