IMPHAL, October 2: The 44th Short Play Competition for Creative Directors, 2013 will be held from October 9 to 16 at the Manipur Dramatic Union with a formal closing function on October 21.
During the formal closing day, awards in different categories including best director, actor, media personality will be distributed.
