IMPHAL, Nov 3: A book titled “Aeba”, a collection of 76 poems written by Ibotombi Longjam, commandant of 2nd India Reserve Battalion (IRB), was released today in a function held at Iboyaima Shumang Leela Sanglen.
The book release function organized by the Manipur Literature Society Imphal was attended by Prof Huirom Bihari, convenor of Manipur Language Advisory Board as chief guest, SH Pralhada Sharma, president of Manipur Literature Society as president and RK Nimai, commissioner of Art and Culture, Govt of Manipur as guest of honour.
Dr Koijam Shantibala Devi, assistant Prof, MU formally introduced the book during the function.
