The above photo was captured by Silva Thangjam while visiting the Secretariat office to inquire about a Job opening. Silva said it was very difficult task to find the Notice Board, she was surprised by what she saw, the job vacancy details were simply stuck to wall outside the office, in fact those look like ordinary advertising poster or poster campaign for local body elections.
