IMPHAL, Feb 20: Following instructions from the Election Commission of India on Election Expenditure Monitoring issued in September 2011, a District Level Media Certification and Monitoing Committee for Imphal West district has been constituted with additional district magistrate, Imphal West as chairman and seven other members and the election officer, Imphal West as secretary.
