IMPHAL, Oct 30: A one-day Telephone Adalat was held today at the Bishnupur office of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Manipur, SSA. The Adalat was attended by Th Kamei, assistant General Manager, TN Rao, Account Officer and O Jugeshwar, who is the SDE of Telecom, under Bishnupur jurisdiction.
According to TN Rao, 60 cases were settled in today’s Adalat, out of 150 landline telephone subscribers, who were served notifications by the BSNL authority.
He continued that the Adalat recovered around Rs 1.5 lacs, and more such Adalat will be conducted in the district to address the grievances of the customers.
Around 1500 customers will be served notifications in the future under Bishnupur Districts, he added.
