Imphal, Oct 30: The KSO Chandel district has said that it is compelled to dissolve the KSO, Moreh block with immediate effect in pursuance of its notification issued to the block to resign within September 27 on grounds of administrative breakdown of the office.
A statement of the KSO, Chandel signed by its president Doumang Haokip said that until further orders or election of new executives, it will assume the administrative responsibilities of the KSO Moreh Block.
