IMPHAL, December 11: A Home-coming ceremony for some underground outfit leaders and cadres will be held on December 15 at 10 am at the 1st Manipur Rifles Banquet Hall.
According to official sources, the ceremony will be oganised by the State Home department and that leaders and cadres of KCP-KK Nganba will participate in the ceremony.
It is also learnt that the ceremony will also be participated by some leaders and cadres of some other outfits which had been earlier declared un-lawful underground organisations, although the organisations`™ names cannot be ascertained till the filing of this report.
