IMPHAL, Jan 9: A press statement of the proscribed PREPAK has clarified that Gopal Bora, 35, son of Raj Ram Bora of Ulubari, Guwahati who was arrested by a combine team of Thoubal police commando and 22AR from Tonsen Lamkhai and Wahengbam Yonichand Singh, son of Ingo Singh, who was arrested by a team of 22 Assam Rifles from Hiyanglam Tera Pishak are not related in any manner with the outfit or its armed wing Red Army.
