IMPHAL, January 22: The man who was found unconscious with about 50 percent burn injury from Mutum Phibou Litan Makhong area under Mayang Imphal police station, Imphal West, expired at RIMS around 5 am today.
The deceased has been identified as one Laishram Roba Singh, 34, son of late L Khomei Singh of Mayang Imphal Bazaar Maning.
He was admitted to RIMS in the wee hour yesterday around 3.30 am.
