IMPHAL, March 12: Dhanamanjuri College of Arts celebrated International Women`™s Day today at its campus at Girls Common Room.
Former Dean of School of Social Science, MU, Prof Ksh Bimola Devi and DM College of Arts, Principal Dr A Nungshitombi Devi attended as chief guest and president of the function.
Prof Ksh Bimola Devi said women should be self reliant, thoughtful and a good decision maker to handle family problems and to live as a successful person.
This observation will help change the traditional mindsets of women as well as men towards each other and will learn to co-operate each other towards building a peaceful and develop society, she added.
