While speaking at the meeting, Dr Nara, secretary of CPI, Manipur, termed Modi`™s government as `anti-farmer`™, `anti-social`™ and `pro-corporate`™.
Dr Nara further said that a `Revolutionary Reform`™ has started from today and CPIM will fight until social change, justice and rights is given to the people.
People of the state still suffers due to implementation of AFSPA in the state, insufficient clean drinking water, no proper electricity and various other proper public distribution systems in the state is lacking he said.

Moreover, the ordinance will play havoc with the farmers and eventually lead to starvation and suicide.
Many farmers have already committed suicide but the Modi government so far is least concerned and is instead making the way for more suicides by farmers, he added.
