IMPHAL, Jul 12: Altogether 13 people of two families have been hospitalised at Kakching Community Health Centre, Thoubal district today after consuming poisonous mushroom.
The hospitalised persons include eight family members of Naorem Angoubi Devi of Kakching Wairi Khullakpam Leikai; four family members of Huidrom Ingo Singh of Lamjao Mayai Leikai and one who joined the dish in the family of N Angoubi Devi.
After consuming the mushroom dish, they experienced vomiting and headache. Condition of all of them is said to be out of danger.
