IMPHAL, August 19: As done in past years, Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) will be observing the 71st Birth Anniversary of the then Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi at Congress Bhavan, BT Road on August 20.
Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh and MPCC president Gaikhangam will grace the function as chief guest and resident respectively.
Ministers, MPs, MPCC office bearers, members and leaders of the frontals and cells, Councillors of Municipalities and District Councils, Congress leaders and workers are invited to attend the function. Assemble of the party leaders and workers will begin at 8.30am.
