KANGPOKPI, Dec 5: Kuki Revolutionary Front (KRF), a SoO group under UPF today strongly refuted the news report of Assam Rifles busting the outfit hideout and recovery of huge cache of arms and ammunition.
Lelen Kuki, JMG Member of KRF lamented that the outfit has no knowledge about the reported busting of the outfit hideout by the Assam Rifles and recovery of arms and ammunition during an operation at Lamshong village under Saikul Police Station in Sadar Hills Senapati district.
He also clarified that the outfit is totally in the dark about the place of occurrence too.
The outfit JMG Member also clarified that the reported recovery items do not belonged to the outfit while adding that there are no such arms and ammunition in possession of the outfit.
Strongly condemning the alleged fake report of the security force towards the signatory of a SoO group, UPF/KRF alleged that it is only the sinister and deceive design of the Assam Rifles to pave free movement of one particular non-SoO group in the operational area of UPF/KRF.
The outfit also appeals the Assam Rifles officials to culminate their partiality among the SoO groups in the areas and also eschew their unsolicited activities in their attempt to scrape the image of KRF in future.
