IMPHAL, Dec 9: A meeting of the Business Advisory Board of Manipur Legislative Assembly held today has decided to commence the 12th session of the 10th Manipur Legislative Assembly for only two days on December 18 and December 19.
The meeting which commenced from 3pm and continued till around 4pm today was chaired by Speaker Th Lokeshwar Singh who is also the chairman of the Committee was also attended by Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh who is also the leader of the House, and other BAC members like Lok Janshakti Party MLA Karam Shyam Singh, Nationalist Congress party MLA L Ibomcha Singh, All India Trinamool Congress MLA Dr I Ibohalhi Singh and newly elected BJP MLA Th Joykishan Singh.
The meeting also resolved that the business of the first day of the sitting will be Obituary Reference, presentation of government bills and private member’s resolution to be raised by NCP MLA Laisom Ibomcha Singh.
The second day which is also the last day will have Question and Answer, Consideration and passing of government bills.
