IMPHAL, Jan 16: Newly elected Independent Councillors of Wangoi Municipal Council joined Congress today.
In a press note, Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) stated that the councillors Khaidem Mema Devi of Ward No 7 and Chanambam Priyobara Singh of Ward No 9 were given approval of their joining to MPCC by its president Gaikhangam.
