IMPHAL, Feb 9: The final argument of the Justice Mutum Binoykumar Commission of Inquiry constituted to look into the killing of class XI student Sapam Robinhood will be conducted on February 26 at the commission’s office cum court room at the State Guest House, Sanjenthong.
Sources informed the IFP that the commission’s hearing will also be attended by members of the JAC formed in connection with the killing of Robinhood, his parents and other concerned people, whereas police personnel concerned with the case will also attend.
It may be mentioned that the commission of inquiry was constituted following an official order of the principal secretary (Home) on July 25, 2015. Another order issed by the principal secretary on November 17, 2015 had declared the constitution of the commission from October 25, 2015 with a three-month period extension.
